Sthiti: Prone Posture

  1. Make fists of your palms with the thumbs tucked in and place them underthe thighs, with back of the hands towards the ground.
  2. While inhaling raise both the legs up as far as comfortable without bending the knees.
  3. Maintain this position for about one minute with normal breathing.
  4. Come back to Sthiti position while exhaling.
  5. Relax in Makaraasana
