Healing the Emotions

Emotion is energy in motion and our emotional body is like a flowing river

More than 70% of our body is made up of fluids and these fluids are carrying our emotions.

Emotions can be positive, empowering and strengthening over or negative, disempowering and weakening ones.

That is, emotions can be love based or fear based and these happen spontaneously depending on our stimuli.

Emotions can be felt through our feelings.

All emotions are okay to be with, do not judge or condemn them as they are an outlet of our energy.

When we allow this flow we discover our true self.

Study of the self is now possible, by looking into the deeper layers of our personality

Repetitive thought patterns lead to core beliefs and these core beliefs determine our reality.

Ultimately we manifest everything that we believe.

Every thought has a signature wavelength. We project our selves through these thoughts

When we choose healthy thoughts we have a healthy body
